A penumbral eclipse of the Moon occurs on Monday 29 September, 2414 UT, with maximum eclipse at 18:46 UT. In this extremely marginal eclipse, the Moon barely clips the edge of the Earth's penumbral shadow. This will cause a microscopic darkening of just 19% of the Moon's disc for 1 hour and 56 minutes, which will be essentially impossible to see.

The penumbral eclipse lasts for 1 hour and 56 minutes. Maximum eclipse is at 18:46:08 UT.
