The new water tanks Seen through the access hatch in the centre of the boat; the aft tank is on the left, and the forward tank is to the right. These are brand-new polyethylene tanks -- no rust! Water comes in from the watermaker to the two fittings at the top of the picture; the next fittings down are the outputs, which go out to the tank selector valve at the bottom. This then feeds the top valve, which selects the electric system, or the manual foot pump. The fittings in the middle of each tank are the level gauges, and the clear hoses below them are the tank vents. The nice big filler caps are at the bottom (there's no deck fill).
