A partial eclipse of the Moon occurs on Thursday 6 July, 2028 UT, lasting from 15:44–20:54 UT. The Earth's shadow on the moon will be clearly visible in this eclipse, with 39% of the Moon in shadow; the partial eclipse will last for 2 hours and 22 minutes and will be visible from most of Africa, south and east Europe, Asia, and Australia.

You will be able to see each phase of the eclipse if the Moon is up at the corresponding time as seen from your location; however the penumbral phase will be very difficult to see in practice, so you may want to start watching at the partial phase:
