A penumbral eclipse of the Moon occurred on 14 December, 0355 BC UT Old Style, with maximum eclipse at 04:10 UT. In this extremely marginal eclipse, the Moon barely clipped the edge of the Earth's penumbral shadow. This caused a microscopic darkening of just 2% of the Moon's disc for 33 minutes and 36 seconds, which was essentially impossible to see.

The penumbral eclipse lasted for 33 minutes and 36 seconds. Maximum eclipse was at 04:10:52 UT.
