A penumbral eclipse of the Moon occurred on 23 March, 0564 BC UT Old Style, with maximum eclipse at 23:08 UT. This very subtle penumbral eclipse was essentially invisible to the naked eye; though it lasted 2 hours and 23 minutes, just 30% of the Moon's disc was in partial shadow (with no part of it in complete shadow).

The penumbral eclipse lasted for 2 hours and 23 minutes. Maximum eclipse was at 23:08:57 UT.
