A penumbral eclipse of the Moon occurred on 1 August, 1211 BC UT Old Style, with maximum eclipse at 10:43 UT. This very subtle penumbral eclipse was essentially invisible to the naked eye; though it lasted 2 hours and 19 minutes, just 21% of the Moon's disc was in partial shadow (with no part of it in complete shadow).

The penumbral eclipse lasted for 2 hours and 19 minutes. Maximum eclipse was at 10:43:13 UT.
