A penumbral eclipse of the Moon occurred on 27 March, 1913 BC UT Old Style, with maximum eclipse at 13:07 UT. In this extremely marginal eclipse, the Moon barely clipped the edge of the Earth's penumbral shadow. This caused a microscopic darkening of just 16% of the Moon's disc for 2 hours and 1 minute, which was essentially impossible to see.

The penumbral eclipse lasted for 2 hours and 1 minute. Maximum eclipse was at 13:07:08 UT.
