A partial eclipse of the Moon occurs on Monday 27 July, 2037 UT, lasting from 01:18–06:58 UT. The Moon will be strikingly shadowed in this deep partial eclipse lasting 3 hours and 12 minutes, with 81% of the Moon in darkness at maximum. The eclipse will be visible in the Americas and western Europe and Africa.

You will be able to see each phase of the eclipse if the Moon is up at the corresponding time as seen from your location; however the penumbral phase will be very difficult to see in practice, so you may want to start watching at the partial phase:
